AskBen is for people, not back offices
Spatialytics mostly builds maps and tools for places and organizations. AskBen is the consumer line: a personal finance triage app. You enter what you owe. Ben — a colonial Franklin counselor — ranks the next useful move. No bank password. No Social Security number. No twelve-tab lecture.
Who it is for
Anyone who knows the bills are there and wants one honest next step. Overdue, tight, or just trying to stay organized. Built for real households, including Greater Minnesota, not for CFOs.
- • You type the ledger. AskBen does not scrape your bank.
- • One next action, not a budget religion.
- • Free to start. Paid plans for deeper forecast and import tools.
How it is different from our B2B work
Grant Match, groundwater screens, and HyperLocal Insights serve nonprofits, sites, and operators. AskBen is sold to a person with a phone and a due date.
- • Product: consumer SaaS at askben.buzz
- • Motion: signup → pick Ben’s voice → add one bill → ask what to pay
- • Reward: Franklin’s Landing, a 3D town that unlocks after the ledger has a number

What landed today
- 1 Full Franklin’s Landing restored: harbor, lanterns, weather, NPCs, GLBs, multiplayer.
- 2 Street-facing doors, windows, and signs so the colony reads from the road.
- 3 Town is dessert. Empty ledger cannot walk the streets until one bill or debt exists.
- 4 Login and onboarding send people to the ledger, not the 3D world.
- 5 Empty-ledger Ben says add one number. He does not invent balances.
- 6 Heavy lightning and stone-house assets no longer preload on phones.
